After an incident at our 1st match this season when 3 players left the venue before the final whistle I now require all players to remain for 5 mins after each game regardless of whether you have played or not. I have business to conclude at the final whistle and would like to have a final say to ALL players after that.
I feel this is a point of courtesy towards my efforts to get the best out of this squad. May I remind parents that they are expected to support every player in the team and not just their own. We also have a code of conduct to follow. I will be handing these out shortly.

This year 3 players can be used as Substitutes from named 5.
As in past years I will use the maximum as often as possible.
I request that we have the maximum number of subs available for every game home and away.I realise this means 2 players will have turned up and not been able to play. From 5 subs I'll have more options open to me to make the right changes in what will be a very competitive league. I hope you will all appreciate why I require this from the squad.
I realise you all want to see your son playing but we re all part of the squad and I have to do whats right for the team as a whole.
A few didn't think I'd got the team selection right against Durham but in the end I believe the result and performance proved otherwise.

All players will receive Membership forms for the CA THESE MUST BE FILLED and returned asap. Please sign on both front and back and avoid possible suspension due to lack of insurance cover.

Subs for 2008-09 are £110 per player.
An Initial £40 is due 1st Sept followed by 7 further payments of £10 at the beginning of each month.
